Wellness in Childhood Development
In our world today it is easy to get caught up in the technology and social media that surrounds us. For children, it is important to teach them the importance of staying mindful and fostering wellness. Making sure time is set aside for discussing these topics is going to make children more self aware, and overall stronger individuals. Between families and teachers it is important that we create a balance for the children between academic success and mental wellbeing.
